Questions and answers
What does «working» mean here?
That a quote requested on the site right now goes to the insurers. It is not a promise that every insurer answers: if the provider does not respond, the calculator says so and offers to take a phone number instead.
Whose calculations are counted?
Customers' only. Our own daily price measurement, our team's tests (a car or a browser that calculated on five or more different days in a month) and partner agents are left out, and one car on one day counts once however many times it was recalculated. A count below the threshold is not published at all.
Do you publish how many policies you have sold?
No — only the day the last policy was issued. The service is young and a small number presented as a trust signal would be the opposite of one.
